Well I finally upgraded from my Canon EOS Rebel (300D) to the new Canon EOS 40D.
And describing the camera in one word. AMAZING!!
I feel like the camera has unlocked a whole new side of photography with all the functions and more ISO's. It really helps me capture the image that I pursue in a shoot.
And since it is now summer I am back taking pictures whenever I have a chance.
So whats next on my list of items to buy? Canon Telephoto L series lens..... But that will be a while till I can get that.

I haven't really been on here for a while. I've been really busy with school and everything just going on at once I really haven't had a lot of time to take pictures. Which is really depressing. But hopefully the weather will warm up and the colorado snow will melt away then I will be able to go out and take more pictures. But untill that time I guess its still life, sports, and very few nature shots.

Last weekend I covered a story for the paper about my high school marching band (im the drum major). And the paper came out today and to my surprise there was my article and picture right on page one!! Never thought when I got this job any of my articles would be published on page one. IM HAPPY!
